Location was brilliant

Getting luggage up the spiral stairs would be difficult for some

great location and clean, modern, well equipped apartment. Has everything you need and is very comfortable. Property managers responsive and friendly. Bathroom towel warmer is great, good wifi.

Minor things - instructions on locking the door (lift the handle up) would be good, shower doesn't drain fast enough if you have pressure too high. Not much soap supplied, just 2 plastic sachets.

Location was good, apartment was lovely, well equipped and tastefully decorated.

The toilet had no working light, and with no natural light at all it was very difficult. The shower had a blocked drain so kept overflowing into the bathroom itself, this should have been tested before hand. It was also impossible to message anyone to let them know of the problems, I had to call on an international line and hence pay the cost. The communal entrance hallway which led off the street to the apartment was awful, it smelt terrible, was unkempt, and in desperate need of decorating. Rubbish was stored there which created the terrible smell.
