Perfect location, very central. Spacious apartment on the 3rd floor. Updated and very traditional. Reasonably clean and comfortable. Potential for a higher rating (8/9) if better service, cleaning and extra amenities. More details see below.

Contact with property was very difficult. We had a broken door knob on arrival and couldn't open the bathroom door. We ended up opening it ourselves with a pocketknife because no availability of staff- after calling all numbers provided. Issue should have been noted by the cleaner, was VERY obvious. For charging a EUR 93,60 cleaning fee it should be spotless, this was not the case. Check-in after 4 PM and check-out before 10 AM is not customer friendly. Better communication. We received an email stated we would be contacted within 24-48h to collect the key, this did not happen. Only after sending a reminder we were contacted. For check out it was another number. And for emergency and general things 2 other numbers, all confusing.

Great location in the centre of Annecy old town. Good size apartment when sharing with a group of people. Nice to have toilet and bathroom separate and also to have a separate living area and dining area.

The apartment itself is in need of maintenance and also some additional items - No hairdryer, no dishes/pans to use in the oven to cook on, the oven itself is very difficult to use but there were no instructions, lots of broken items/things in need of some TLC e.g. loose pipes in bathroom, mould in bath tub, random box of rubbish left in the kitchen on shelf, blinds that didn't go back up properly as they weren't attached to the chain, very very flat pillows in 2nd bedroom, TV remote very dirty, staining underneath windows in kitchen.
