Great location but needs some love and the door fixing for security and ease

Fantastic location

Door handle fell off our entry door every time we entered or exited our room. It's fine to not have coffee on-site but please remove the machine if you're not supplying pods. Pillows need replacing too

Lifesaving A/C in charming old Annecy!

Good central location.

Central location was great. AC in the bedroom. The bed was good.

The sink in the bedroom stank. Make sure you close the plug. The glade plug in was empty and burning. Couldn't get the overhead shower to work but the directional one was really good. No ac in the living room just in the bedroom. The pillow cases are weird like ravioli. Have to pay extra for breakfast which isn't clear and the website to order it isn't translatable.

Perfect location in the Old Town

The location of the apartment was perfect, right on the edge of the old town. There was all the shops you would need very close to the apartment. It was quiet through the night, even tho it's is above a restaurant and next to the main road you don't really hear it. The room was well equipped with a very good iron and ironing board, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, TVs and all the other necessary things you need to make a meal if you were doing that. The shower was a very good temperature and powerful enough. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very easy on arrival getting into the building and into our apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

The room didn't look like it had had the best clean, it was tidy but quite dusty in some places. Just needed a bit of a dust and the floor mopping. By no means was it dirty and it wasn't that bad, just a small thing really.

Very little. The location is excellent and the breakfast was good and sufficient for us.

We never rented something with such terrible conditions. Many of the power plugs and electric devices were not working, including oven, fridge, dishwasher and worse than anything the electric boiler. Therefore we had no hot water and could not take a shower. In addition, it did not look clean. The space is very small, especially the bedroom/bathroom. Bedroom and bathroom are both in the same room with very little space to move around the bed.

The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is brilliant, situated on the edge of the old town and overlooking lake Annecy, the views out of the appartement windows were picturesque. The area was quite and peaceful. Parking was easy and convenient with the Hôtel de Ville underground car park opposite the appartement. Package price parking could be purchased from the carpark so you can come and go as you please. Breakfast, Wow!! A large, plentiful spread of fresh continental foods delivered to your front door each morning, a delightful start to our day. A big thank you to the Hosts!! We were well looked after and supplied with plenty of useful information towards the local area and what was going on. This really ensured we got the most out of our stay in Annecy. The Hosts remained at our disposal throughout our stay and were easily contactable through the Booking.com messenger tool.

Unfortunately there was no bed linen for the sofa bed. A tea towel in the kitchen would have been handy.

Superb

This is a very nice apartment, located on the edge of Annecy old city. Convenient location, restaurants, shopping, bicycle rent - all near by. The apartment is well furnished, with modern equipment and appliances. TV in the kitchen/Livingroom area and in the bath room. Continental breakfast in a paper bag is delivered every morning to your door, and you can make your own using the kitchen. Public parking is just across the street ( Hotel De Ville parking ) and the nice think about it is that you can pay in advance ( in the machine ) for 2-5 days at a rate of about 9-10 euro per day, which lets you in and out ability. Check in instructions were very accurate, and communication through booking's messaging was excellent and responsive. Overall, despite the deficiencies described in the other section - it is a very nice place !

There are two things to be aware of: 1. This apartment is on the second floor, no elevator - so if you are with heavy language - you are on your own. 2. The bedroom is small, and has one big deficiency- the space in front of the bed has a very narrow point, which you can hardly pass - see the attached picture demonstrating the width of this space- about the width of a show. Last thing to note is that the storage space ( closets, etc... is minimal.

Location is perfect in Annecy center. Breakfast is served to the room and is excellent. Parking is nearby and cost 33 Euros for 3 days (20 for 1 day). Despite our worries the room is considerably quiet.

Room is quite densed for 4 people (parents with 2 kids).

La ubicación, las vistas ,la falta de ruido súper bien. El apartamento acogedora y muy elegante 👌 con aire acondicionado. Tiene utensilios para hacer tu comida .

El desayuno que nos dejaban por la puerta poca higiénica dejarlo al suelo la bolsa ,con un triste croisan y un sobre de azúcar para cada uno si éramos debería ser por lo menos dos sobre d azúcar y el primer dia solo trajeron desayuno para dos ,no hay toallas de repuesto después d 6 días seguíamos con las misma toallas y ropa de cama .Es un aparta hotel por lo menos que pongan fregona para poder darle al suelo un poco de vez en cuando. Terminamos con un suelo super sucio.debajo d las camas llena de polvo. Lo demás todo perfecto porque la zona es de lujo .zero ruido .

Le service de ménage n est pas à la mesure du budget payé Nous avons retrouvé des déchets dans l appartement il y avait de la poussière et une couette pas très propre le rideau de douche est à changer et la douche s évacué très mal petit déjeuner arrivé 1h en retard n ai pas pu joindre l assistance j ai laissé un rapport dans l appart

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend und wurde pünktlich vor die Zimmertüre gestellt.

Die Wohnung lag im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug über eine steile, nicht besonders saubere Holztreppe. Keine Ablagemöglichkeit beim Waschbecken (das sich im Schlafzimmer befand !).
