Very relaxing stay. We enjoyed the fact that the seafront was close.

Location was fine. Parking was good although I would imagine that in the peak season it would be difficult to find a parking space.

We didn't like the fact that we had to climb up 3 narrow flights of stairs. I'm in my 70's and so is my Wife. Next time we would book something without so many stairs. My Wife has a problem with her hip and two years ago she had a knee replacement, so 3 flights of stairs is not ideal.

Lovely apartment.Clean & tidy.Not ‘tiny’ as some people state.Good location & would recommend.

The property is not enough for 4 people. I saw many comment about it being small and cramped and some had written in the visitor book about the TV signal and other harsh comments. The apartment is good and clean and although it’s a little small it is perfectly fine for a family of 4. We stayed with 2 adults and 1 child just turned 18 and another aged 11. We had no problems with the size of the apartment at all. The TV was fine and the ability to be able to make coffee / tea and have a small area to relax was good. The rooms were a good size and the bathroom and shower were good too.. People complaining about TV signal and cleaning products need to get a grip. Location wise it’s a 2 minute crossover to the beach but it is around a mile to the main area / pier .. This was an issue for us and we just walked along the beachfront down to the apartment. We parked on the adjacent street and its was free. We’ve stayed in Llandudno before and the Main Street is £5/£6 a day so this was a nice bonus to not have to pay out and recheck parking all the time. The apartment was clean and a good price. No complaints from us at all and we would recommend the apartment to others that don’t want a hotel on the main strip, we booked this as a family and didn’t want 1 room with 4 beds and nowhere to relax. If you want the same thing then book this. It really is a good booking.

Stripping all the beds at the end of the break which was listed ‘due to Covid’ … If you want families to strip beds just ask them politely to, rather than using Covid as a reason to keep cleaning staff safe. Feels unfair on people booking through Airbnb etc when there is a cleaning fee. When you tidy up after yourself and sort the bins / take all the sheets off. We don’t mind sorting the bedding but to use Covid as a reason in 2024 feels a little off…

Nice location with 2 minutes walk to beach. 2 min drive to McDonald and grocery stores. Clean property with all basic facilities provided. Comfortable beds

Good

The apartment was done out well with good kitchen appliances. Nice and clean, good bathroom. Lovely and close to the promenade and supermarket. Great FREE parking. There was no worry about having a day out of Llandudno and then trying to find somewhere to park when we came back as you could always park in the church car park round the corner. Easy check in and out facility. The building was really quiet, we could not hear any doors banging or other residents, the road outside was also quiet. This apartment is perfect for a couple or family with older children staying who just need a base for their holiday.

I feel it is not really suitable for families with young children. The apartment was up 2 flights of stairs, one was very narrow making it difficult to carry small children and bags up and down. There was no room/facilities for drying wet clothes. It was a lot smaller than the pictures/description made out causing cabin fever to kick in very quickly with the children. There is no where to store a pushchair in the apartment and carrying it up was very difficult. The lock on the inside of the front door is a simple turn lock, this made it very unsafe with young children as they could open the door themselves. The thin curtains made it very difficult to get the children to sleep in the light summer nights and they woke very early in the morning.

Bed was uncomfortable Stayed a week there was 1 toilet paper provided and no welcome tray checkout time is too early - hotel is more ideal for 12pm checkout (10am checkout but 3pm check in) Location is not ideal for older people who can’t walk far as the main restaurants are a 20 minute walk on maps

A lovely apartment, really well furnished and spotless.

Parking was a problem. Although we were issued with a parking permit, all it meant was that we could park on the road nearby like everyone else. We were lucky to get a space as the street parking was busy day and night.

The Mountain View suite was perfect! It was extremely clean, nicely decorated and had everything i needed for my 5 night stay. The location was also great as the apartment is situated on a quiet street just a 1 minute walk to the promenade. Shops are close by as well.
