Cute historic hotel with pleasant staff. However, I would not consider this a 5 star hotel. Very few amenities (no conditioner even!) and no room service available Sunday (it was pouring rain outside and would have much preferred to stay in). No turndown service which is a small detail, but still something that is common in 5 star hotels.

Excellent stuff. Duty manger Isabella was very helpful and helped us with our requests in very professional manner. Breakfast was good. There is sauna on top floor integrated into gym section. Excellent location.

I really enjoyed staying in the Grand Hotel in beautiful Krakow. Nice room, very helpful staff, and excellent breakfast. Location was super!
