We were truly fascinated by this amazing hotel. From the very beginning, we fell in love with its cozy, traditional atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very well organized, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We had an early visit to Auschwitz on our second day and missed breakfast, but the hotel thoughtfully prepared a breakfast box for us — in fact, they did this twice because of our early morning flight. Such a kind and considerate gesture meant a lot to us.
I also forgot my headphones at the hotel, and they kindly sent them to my home address. I picked them up from the post office today, and I was genuinely impressed by their care and professionalism.
We will definitely visit Krakow again, and without a doubt, we will return to this wonderful hotel.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff is very excellent and the hotel is beautiful. We had a suite and it was well worth it and very quiet. The restaurant is good too. The main square is very close. Good place.
