Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to the main square.
I only wish there was a TV in the room but that’s just personal preference. Loved all of it!

The whole experience. This was my third stay as I find the staff very friendly and helpful. Also the hotel is just the right distance from Krakow town centre.

The hotel was clean towels changed daily.
Breakfast was alright not alot of choice if you didn't like salad
The cleaners were cleaning at eight in the morning was knocking on our door before nine.
We booked a premium room with three single beds but when we arrived it had two single and a sofa bed!! The bathroom was smelly after the first day so I wouldn't recommend staying in room 406. The restaurant wasn't open at night plus there was no bar .
