    The Grand Hotel Kraków was the perfect place to stay for my visit. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the Main Market Square and within easy walking distance of the city’s historic sites. I loved the old-world elegance and charm of the hotel, which made me feel like I had stepped back in time. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a hotel with character, history, and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend the Grand Hotel.

    Excellent central location, great breakfast, friendly, professional and always ready to help staff. Cleaned and spacious enough rooms. Has kettle with tea and coffee in the room, slippers, vanity kit and necessary things for taking a shower. There is no SPA but they can switch you on sauna and you can have a massage on demand. Complementary water in the room on daily basis and mini bar for extra charge. We are really happy with our stay here. Would come back.
