The hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, with several cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores within a short walking distance. Krakow’s city centre is also conveniently accessible, approximately a 7–10-minute walk away.
The staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I would particularly like to thank Beata and Monika at Reception, as well as Monika Rojowicz, for all their assistance and support.
When I experienced an issue with the air conditioning in my room, the team responded promptly and arranged for me to move to another room. This was especially appreciated given the heatwave during my stay.
Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on a future visit to Krakow.
