Location and breakfast okay, staff at breakfast really friendly and great service
Shower in room was not good, very slow water coming out of shower head, Air conditioning was faulty room controller didn't work, Fridge didn't keep drinks cold. I arranged flowers and champagne by email for my wife's birthday 2nd may as a surprise and they didn't arrive, really spoiled my stay and made me embarrassed after promising something special as a surprise, disappointed in the service received in general. We were sent a letter to the room as an apology with a couple of desserts but again they didn't sort the issue out, and by the time we got to the room desserts were inedible
