Staff was very friendly, had a volunteer (Julian) in my room that was nice to talk to and had good things to say about the owner. Met the owner briefly and he was friendly, making sure I found the Wifi password when having trouble. There was a slight issue space wise with my 8 bed room due to other guests, and it was fixed quickly by being upgraded to a 4 bed room, no extra charge.
Very easy check in and check out, even during late hours, you can do self-check in, instructions were very clear.
Bathrooms were spacious and felt more like a hotel than a hostel, which was nice. Also very clean, you could see even the garbage was taken out multiple times a day.
Easy to sleep, beds were comfy and no crazy noise outside.
The location was perfect, just a short walk away to the main square, less than 10 minutes. There is even a beautiful park, Zakrzówek about one hour walk away.
-Maybe an extra blanket or sheet, but not a huge deal.
-Change manual locks to automatic (but that’s just being picky)
