Very convenient location, there is a tram stop practically right outside the door. The host was very friendly and the room, bathroom and kitchen were clean. They provide towels and stuff like coffee and tea.
The only thing I can say wasn't great is that it was very noisy at night (loud cars, trams, people partying). But you win some you lose some, all in all we had a very pleasant experience!
