AMAZING apartment with great communication throughout. Very central to the main square but also really quiet so no noise. Immaculate inside, underfloor heating, comfortable beds, bottled water and fresh apples on arrival. Decor inside matches exactly to the photos. Beautiful shower, and fluffy towels and robes. We were able to have a late check out which was really useful for our late flight, so we can't thank you enough. Easy check in instructions and overall, all of us who stayed mentioned how wonderful the apartments were. If we ever come back we would love to stay again!
Nothing to comment other than maybe some firmer pillows for the bed otherwise everything was absolutely perfect.

So spotlessly clean that it felt like we were the first guests to ever stay there. Very well equipped with toiletries coffee and even detergent tablets provided for both washing machine and dishwasher! Plenty of clean towels and bedding very spacious and comfortable and having a 2nd separate WC aswell as the main bathroom was perfect for our needs.and getting ready etc and a proper full size hairdryer was provided so no need to pack one! The apartment is extremely quiet with no noise whatsoever. There is a small square right outside with bars and restaurants to visit right outside although the main square is literally just around the corner... 50m going left from the aparment then turn right and its right in front of you!!! Amazing would highly recommend and will definitely book to stay here again whenever I visit Krakow!!! This was my 4th winter trip to Krakow and Ermine Suites is by far the best place I have stayed and will definitely be my 1st choice for future visits!! I'd also like to mention that communication from the property owners was excellent during the booking process and both before and throughout our stay... thankyou. 👍 👍 👍
