Nice location, peaceful, but the apartment has a damp issue which needs sorting

Spacious, nice terrace area. Quiet pool area.

We were met by someone to hand over the keys and his first comment to us was “I’m trying to deal with a mould problem” not what you want to hear on arrival at your apartment. There was mould all over one wall. The shower in one of the bathrooms leaked every time we used it and there was a strong smell of damp/drains in all the bedrooms and en-suites.

The property was modern but there were a couple of damp issues inside and there wasn’t enough bedding and the bedding there was was worn and in poor condition.

En toppenvecka för oss som familj med ett litet barnbarn på 1 år. Väldigt tryggt och säkert boende.

VI fick väldigt bra och snabb hjälp från Booking.com i marbella med frågor som uppstod under veckan i boendet.

Vid ankomst fick vi ingen information över hur man satte igång varmvattnet, att det fanns dricksvatten i ena kranen eller hjälp med att så på slangen på gasoltuben.
