Maison Marbella Puerto banus

Lo mejor de la casa era la ubicación y su tamaño ya que es súper grande. Además, la cocina tiene sus cubiertos y todo completo no tuvimos que comprar nada. Además, tiene dos piscinas en la urbanización súper grandes y cómodas. La terraza que tiene es ideal para cenar ahora en verano. Totalmente equipada. También nos gustó que todas las habitaciones de matrimonio tenían su baño dentro de la propia habitación. También que la casa está muy cerca de la entrada de la urbanización, por lo que es fácil llegar en coche o andando desde la entrada.

Las camas estaban bastante duras y la limpieza no estaba completa, ya que había arena en los cajones de los armarios. Encontramos dos cucarachas debajo de una de las camas y en uno de los aires acondicionados se veían patitas de cucaracha. Había también bastantes hormigas y la cisterna de uno de los baños goteaba y se encharcaba el baño. Avisamos a la chica que nos atendió, Carmen, para que a partir de ahora limpien más profundo y nos pidió perdón, que los bichos eran por el calor. En resumen: la casa está limpia por encima, no en profundidad. Le falta como mimo y cuidado, y más siendo una casa tan grande.

The property was in a good location in a quiet gated complex. There was a mini market about a 10min walk to get all the essentials. It was cheap and easy to get Ubers from the villa into town but if you wanted to you could walk it in about 30mins. The property was well equipped with good sized rooms. We loved the communal areas and the roof terrace and outdoor space. Our host was quick to respond to our needs. We were able to check in early and check out late. When we requested extra bath towels this was no problem at all.

The property was clean but some of the bed linen and cushions were a bit tired and stained. We felt like some of them could do with being replaced.

Top of the list: the local host Carmen!! She is very welcoming and awesome to make you feel at home! We were a group of 8 people traveling to Marbella for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship. Most of the Ironman activities were in Puerto Banus, so the house was perfectly located with a short 10min drive. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 on the top floor and 2 in the bottom floor) with a very large living room and a large terrace, so it’s perfect for a large group. There is free parking in the residence, directly in the street in front of the house. You can easily park 2 cars (more is possible but you may need to park further away from the house).

The main bedroom upstairs is very comfortable, but apparently the beds in the other 3 rooms are very hard. Probably time to change the mattresses. The house comes with washer & dryer free to use, which is very convenient for a long stay, however the dryer is not drying much. You’re better off drying your clothes outside on the rooftop or the terrace. Lastly, there is a large table outside which can fit 8 people, however inside the house this is not possible. You need to split the group in half with some on the sofa and some on the bar in the kitchen.

La casa è ampia e spaziosa con spazio esterno e terrazzo ben attrezzati. Collocata in un residence silenzioso con possibilità di uso di due piscine. La disponibilità della Sig.ra Carmen molto apprezzata. In casa si trova tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno.

La casa ha bisogno di una manutenzione. Ciò che più ci ha disturbato è averla trovata molto sporca: lenzuola con peli e capelli, lo stesso nei cassetti degli armadi. Per questo una delle due stanze, posizionate sotto il livello stradale, non è stata utilizzata anche perché nel bagno abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio. Il sedile del bagno l'abbiamo trovato rotto, la Sig. Carmen il giorno successivo l'ha sostituito. Una di queste due stanze non ha finestre. Su nostra richiesta è stata fatta anche una ulteriore pulizia, ma non ha dato i risultati attesi. Si vede che la casa è molto utilizzata, proprio per questo richiede massima attenzione alla pulizia e alla manutenzione.
