Welcome to Casa Petunias! Located in Las Petunias, just a short walk from San Pedro’s beach and boulevard, Casa Petunias is a stylish and comfortable townhouse designed for relaxed coastal living. Fully renovated in a Scandinavian style, the home is bright and welcoming, offering a thoughtful layout for families or groups.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms – the master with an ensuite, while the other two share a bathroom. Downstairs, a cozy TV room with a sofa bed provides extra space for kids or guests, along with a guest bathroom with a shower. The open-plan living area connects to a private outdoor terrace with a BBQ, dining space, and lounge seating, perfect for unwinding after a day by the sea.
The townhouse is set in a gated community with a large swimming pool and padel court, adding to the convenience of the stay. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of great restaurants, cafés, and shops in San Pedro, while Puerto Banús is just a 5-minute drive away. Marbella’s Old Town, with its charming streets and lively squares, is also close by.
