Bad stay had no sleep

Parking right out side

Very noisy from road. Long hairs on bed and towels. Needs a full day professional clean. Furniture is the cheapest possible. Bed thin and bad. Sofa uncomfortable. I wanted to move out same day, staff blamed me and not interested. They would not offer refund for the next 2 days. They was very bad not interested one bit just excuses. One staff said it’s me as they get 5* reviews I said you get 8 out of 10 on booking.con he said that’s 5stars. Booking.con did not help and said they would reply in 48 hours. There service has go downhill.

Beautiful Spot in Salford

It was a lovely spacious, light and comfortable apartment. Well furnished and pretty. It was easy to get access and the host was super friendly.

There was not enough cutlery and dishes for cooking. The living room can get a bit stuffy because the window did not open. The shower water pressure can be improved too.

Though the apartment was next to a busy roundabout the overall location on the border of a major city suited our needs. Parking was free which is always welcome. Easy access to amenities and local transport.

As I don't tend to look at my emails on holiday I missed a crucial communique from the hosts which related details regarding the the leaving of keys, disposing of waste etc. Maybe printed details left at the premises for guests to read would be helpful.

Nice, spacious, modern and clean apartment. Excellent access to super markets nearby. Excellent location to jump on Motorway if you have a car. Car Parking included on site.

This property takes a damage deposit to take care of damage by guests. That's fine. However, I recommend everyone to make sure to take a quick inventory of items in apartment when they check in. Luckily, we did the inventory check and found that the Iron was missing. We informed the site manager immediately. Who came to check and search for Iron. However, he arranged next day. The Location is near a Motorway/Dual Carriageway. As long as you keep your Windows closed, then you can survive at night. However, if you need ventilation in the night especially during summer months then it will be an issue as there is no air conditioning. If you are compelled to open windows for ventilation then be prepared for highway noises until very late night. This could be really uncomfortable for some people. Pity to have such a drawback in such a lovely modern apartment with excellent location for car travellers. I recommend shower curtain and toilet sleepers.

De ligging

De ontvangst. Werd geholpen door een persoon namens het bedrijf die nog 50 pond extra wilde verdienen, in de naam van het bedrijf zegt hij, dit voelde als oplichting. Geen warm water in de nacht De matrassen waren verschrikkelijk Bijna 600 euro betaald. Dit was het zeker niet waard.
