Location and proximity to public transport
I stated the previous week and pointed out privately to the owner that the tiles around the shower were in need of a good scrubbing. No action had been taken by the time I revisited a week later, very disappointing when opportunity to address this had been given confidentially.

It was great, clean and the owner was very helpful and responsive and very understanding and accommodated us when checking out
Nothing negative very clean and had exactly what we needed only thing I would suggest being a Muslim a water mug would be handy as we don’t use toilet paper for the toilet, Also TV if it can be upgraded as not much to watch or connect to other Apps (ie-YouTube etc)and any complimentary snack

1.To collect the key is easy(just at the ground floor mailbox)
2. the location is good
3. the house offered a laundry machine and which is good for travellers
1. to get to the right door(the accurate house number )is very very difficult, we didn't get enough good instructions to get in the right house number, fortunately, we met 1 person who live here, she advised us to find the way to get to the house.
2. The house windows were broken, and when we booked it, the host didn't inform us about the reality situation of the broken issue, only when we arrived and we ask then the host confirmed it's broken.
3. The room and the floor were dusty.
4. When we tried to get some tea in the evening and in the morning the cups were dirty with tea stains, and the dishes were covered with dust,also in the morning when we trying to eat something the fork and spoon also dirty(we have to rewash then use it)
5. The house was super hot when we arrived,the host only offer 1 fan for 2 rooms(3 people),we could not open the windows for the living room (including the dining room and kitchen) and 1 bedroom, one of our colleagues was sweating in the night when he's sleeping.
