Beautiful property in a lovely location. The accommodation was very comfortable with everything we needed to feel at home. It was ideal for us to explore the area. Tracy & David made us feel very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very attractive property in neat grounds. Parking was really convenient. Modern and very comfortable inside. Really warm and well equipped. So quiet! Owners were really approachable and helpful, quick to respond to queries.
No complaints at all. Some might have a very minor issue of having to take meals upstairs to eat, but this was not a problem at all for us.

This was a lovely little barn in a quiet, private and secure location. The village of Ings is ideally situated for exploring many areas of the Lake District. Host Tracey was very friendly and accessible should you have any queries. We would definitely stay there again.
