Fantastic location - in the centre of Windermere with a car park opposite which was really handy. The room was large and had a table and crockery available. Lots of cupboard space. Clean. Friendly host.
The basin was very small which made washing the face without getting water everywhere impossible. A TV would've been nice but not essential.

Good location and easy to find. Surprisingly very quiet.
Basic residential room but reflected in price. Couple of fixes needed: shower bracket not functioning and window opens but needer propping.
