Great location, well equipped with everything you need for a short stay and convenient parking just outside. Wayne was an excellent host and very helpful. Would stay again.

The location is good for Windermere, shops & bars
The apartment needs updated & looks tired, including kitchen & small bathroom. There is no double glazing, so everything can be heard from the rd, which my dog barked at. The parking is horrendous, we never managed to park outside, so had to pay on car park. There is a slight smell to the room, unsure if it was gas ? , may need to be looked at. Was only a couple of sets of cutlery but realise it’s only for short stays I suppose. Also could do with a wardrobe, lots of drawer space but need somewhere to hang clothes.

Location is great but Windermere is so small that anywhere you stay within the town wouldn't be far anyway. It was easy enough to find with the instructions.
The whole studio could do with a makeover, a deep clean and some love. It felt dated and not as cosy as it could be.
I booked this studio with the idea of having a cosy relaxing holiday in a dream location - instead it was a very lacklustre experience. I seem to have the same comments as previous guests so this is clearly nothing new.
There's a strange smell greeting you every time you enter, damp air and a little loud humidifier trying to fix whatever's wrong.
I was freezing on my first night as only the little portable heater would work, fine for the rest of my stay when the normal heating kicked in.
There's a shower curtain rather than the doors that have broken off - didn't keep water out very well. Bathroom fan doesn't seem to work at all. Shower water pressure is criminal. You can imagine how wet it gets. Also lacking hand soap, only shower gel instead.
Kitchen could use paper towels and cooking oil, new utensils and more mugs.
The TV is very temperamental and slow. There's candle holders, yet no candles or a lighter. Little details like that really make a change.
