Betsy Cottage enjoys a very central yet quiet location in the heart of Windermere and offers contemporary, stylish accommodation for you and your pet.. Lower Ground Floor:
Kitchen/dining room: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Washer Dryer
Ground Floor:
Living room: Smart TV, Sky Movies, Sky Sports, Netflix, Multi-Fuel Burner
Bedroom 1: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
First Floor:
Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Smart TV, Sky Movies, Sky Sports, Netflix
Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Fuel for wood burner available locally. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate.. Rear patio with garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Betsy Cottage enjoys an ideal, central location in the heart of Windermere, close to a host of excellent shops, bars and restaurants that provide everything you’ll need for a self-catering holiday in the Lake District. Some lovely walks can be enjoyed straight from the door to Orrest Head where you can take in magnificent vistas of Windermere from one of the areas best view points or why not take a tour on an open top bus or enjoy a trip on one of the famous Windermere Lake Steamers and take in the views from a rather different perspective?
Stylishly presented with a contemporary theme throughout, couples, families and friends will be spoiled by the amount of space and comfort on offer here at Betsy Cottage. The bathroom is a real treat with an enormous deep bath and separate shower whilst the fully equipped kitchen/dining room leads directly out to the well presented southwest facing patio offering you the chance to enjoy the sun all day long, when our rather typical Lake District weather will allow! As well as having private, off road parking, your pet is most welcome to join you here at Betsy Cottage. Shops, pubs and restaurants 150 yards. Railway station 250 yards.

We loved our stay at Betsy’s. Everything you could need in the accommodation. Traditional cottage, small and quaint, but enough space for four adults. Shame about the rain, but that’s out of Betsy’s control! Lovely and clean and welcoming. Nice and warm and comfy kingside bed.

Lovely stay at Betsy Cottage. Very convenient to get to loads of different places in the Lake District and not even a five minute walk to great places to eat and drink. Whole cottage immaculately clean and well furnished. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Betsy Cottage, it had everything we needed plus lots more. Very comfortable beds and a great location for exploring the lake district. Would highly recommend. Thanks for our stay.
