The Burrow - 2 bedroom apartment in central Windermere

De accommodatie was brandschoon (binnen) en was perfect uitgerust en verzorgd.Zo net heb ik een accommodatie nog nooit meegemaak, mijn complimenten! Leuke inrichting en veel oog voor kleine details zoals melk, een kleine snack, verzorgingsproducten en zelfs oordoppen. Ik voelde me erg welkom.

De accommodatie was erg moeilijk te vinden omdat de ingang aan de achterkant is (aan een inrit aan een andere straat). Als je aan komt rijden denk je: o jee, waar kom ik nu terecht? De buitenruimte is erg rommelig en aan een opknapbeurt toe. Maar misschien is dat ook wel rommel van de buren. Verder is het erg lawaaiig vanwege de ligging aan een drukke doorgaande weg. De prijs is aan de hoge kant, maar dat zal komen door de regio. En ik moet zeggen dat er gekozen is voor kwaliteitsspullen in de inrichting. Dat maakt veel goed.

Nothing it was great

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts paid great attention to every detail, and the apartment was exceptionally clean. They thoughtfully provided milk, cereal, soap, and other essentials, which made us feel very welcome. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only minor downside was some traffic noise in the evening, but the host had even provided earplugs, which was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

The decor and location.

We booked this property for 2 days as it was listed under accessible and my disabled mother was travelling with us, yet there are 2 large steps to get in to the property and a step up to get into the bathroom. This caused lots of distress getting in and out of the property and getting my mother into the bathroom. We actually didn't leave the apartment the first night as getting in was hard enough it was too much and it basically ruined the experience for us.
