Park view Avalon Apartment District 1 HCM City

We stayed at Park View Avalon Apartment as a family of four and found it to be in a fantastic location. It's an easy and interesting 10-minute walk into the heart of District 1, passing many of Ho Chi Minh City's historical landmarks along the way. There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It offered plenty of room for our family and represented good value for money. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the apartment to families looking for a spacious base in a great location. With a little investment to refresh the apartment and replace the beds, this could easily become a 10/10 property.

That said, the apartment is beginning to show its age and would benefit from some refurbishment to bring it back to the standard shown in the listing photos. The décor and furnishings feel a little tired, and the mattresses were not particularly comfortable and could do with being replaced.

we had early access by owner which was so helpful. The apartment was massive and felt like home on arrival, tried to book extra days but sadly already taken. nothing really to fault would highly recommend staying here if you looking at good price and comfort in district 1.

Great location , everything you need nearby Spacious and clean Host was great

One of the bathroom showers leaks onto floor so we just used the other shower.

Very disappointed to not have access to the pool. They should not advertise the property has a pool of you can’t use it Property was not very clean
