Proximity to attractions was great! Felt safe. Front desk reception staff was very friendly. Bed was clean and comfortable.
Very dark as the primary windows face into a noisy alley. The unit itself is a bit rundown and needs some work. Mold in the bathroom and poor ventilation.

The hotel was excellent. The staff showed an incredible level of helpfulness and did everything they could to accommodate us even though there was a system issue during check-in. The room was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. The gym was great, and the location was perfect — just a short walk from the city center, with shops and restaurants nearby. On our last day, we decided to extend our stay by one more night, and the hotel gave us a free room upgrade, which was amazing. Overall, a fantastic experience.
There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was great.

Cleanliness. Staff friendly. Good and clean housekeeping. Jacuzzi is great. Toilet with spray is fantastic.
the bed too close to the wall. I knocked my knee and got cut many times. Sound proofing needs improvement. 2nd level and facing street is noisy. Did not give me enough shampoo and body soap lotion.
