Location and the pool
Apartment was not available when we arrived even though it was booked on a non refundable card. We arrived in the evening and had 5 kids with us so they put us in an apartment for one night, then moved us for 2 nights. We still paid for full amount for a big inconvenience. The second place was dirty and very basic.
