It was on the 19th floor, with amazing views and away from the street noise. The upstairs bedroom even had floor to ceiling windows!
Strong synthetic air fresheners everywhere gave me a headache.

Location
The hotel itself was okay, but unfortunately the receptionist was very unhelpful and unfriendly. We did not feel welcomed at all, and the level of customer service from reception was disappointing. A friendly and helpful receptionist can make a big difference to a guest’s experience, so this was a real letdown during our stay.
