Easy to check in. Host communicated whisky and efficiently via WhatsApp. Clean with all the required things for a short stay. Provided a cute wee cot for our daughter. Netflix and other channels available on tv. Great location to walk to the main markets and city/other sites or in the other direction to Bu Vein and some good wee side streets with food options
The mattress on the main bed felt like It might be due for an upgrade, however it wasn’t terrible

Location was great and although on a noisy street you could not hear the traffic with the doors closed. Pool was nice and cool with awesome views
No hot water in the kitchen sink and clothes drying rack broken.

Great location

Location
The hotel itself was okay, but unfortunately the receptionist was very unhelpful and unfriendly. We did not feel welcomed at all, and the level of customer service from reception was disappointing. A friendly and helpful receptionist can make a big difference to a guest’s experience, so this was a real letdown during our stay.
