Ben Thanh - Luxury Serviced Apartments

Location was very good and the place was relatively clean. The residence was quite spacious.

Could not get free to air TV stations

Excellent location with lots of sights, cafes and restaurants in east walking distance. The communication was great making for a simple check-in process, and the apartment had all the basics you need with enough space and comfort for our family with kids. Really nice vibe for the neighbourhood to walk around in, found excellent coffee spots we went back to a few times. Not too long to get a taxi to/ from the airport, and most bus or tour operators pickup from this part of district 1, so that helped.

Exceptional location and Level of comfort of the rooms. Everything required is in place and available. Communication was excellent. Whilst our booked and choose room configuration wasnt available due to a booking platform issue, the solution found was an excellent one and left me very satisfied.

I felt the reception staff were not overly friendly.

The location was ok.

Booked a room and was placed in a completely different one. Had to get moved. Second room was better but still not what was booked. Stayed 4 nights and the room wasn’t serviced even once. The pool closes very early so that was disappointing. Also the rooms are noisy - can hear the elevator ding constantly and could hear the neighbours as well. It was clean but older - kitchen bench stained terribly and lacked all “luxury” (and servicing) as in the title! Overpriced.
