Mr Viet, the host is super friendly and hospitable. He gave us many useful information. The design of the townhouse is very unique and reflects things that he and his wife are passionate of (E.g. hip hop culture and arts). Bed is comfortable and you have everything that you need for a mid term stay.
Cash only! I had to withdraw 4 times from atm machine to cover 3 night stay. Took me about minimum 40 mins to settle. Would highly suggest you prepare the cash before you travel
Water pressure - the water pump doesn’t work properly and it could use an upgrade
Clothes ironing - the iron board is old and the iron (it was on cotton mode) burnt a tailor made white suit shirt
The smell from Ka-wai suite from either the sink/ water drainage hole was quite bad
