It was clean and the location was central to everything I needed
The air con in the main room was warm. I only had a short stay and the air con in my bedroom worked. I just didn’t want to complain. Bryan was amazing and made it easy to settle in.

You only allow to use the pool after 9am.

Good security with convenience stores below.
Confusion around payment. All previous properties booked through booking.com were paid via booking.com however this property requested payment direct and then tried to charge an additional fee for the Visa card. I did complain and they did not charge the fee after some negotiation. From booking.com’s perspective the payment terms need to be clearer. This meant that the first hour was not enjoyable at all. Also when I booked this property there was a “free transport” to the airport offer which was a major factor in my decision to book this property. However when I went to redeem the offer it had disappeared. Very disappointed with that.
