ちょっと古さは感じるものの、ワンベッドルームでも60平米、天井高い、動線がいい、ミネラルウォーターサーバーがある(プラスチックのつまみが付いているもの・お湯は出ません) トイレットペーパーが柔らかい+厚い、使用済みトイレに流せる! スタッフもお掃除のお姉さん達もフレンドリーで親切でした! 1区からも場所によるけど、20〜30分で歩ける範囲(そんなに早く歩けないので、男性や早い方だったら15分程度で大丈夫かも) 周りにカフェ、レストラン多め
良くないまで言わないけど、改善されればポイントは カトラリーが最低限、食器洗い用スポンジが微妙、キッチンはさみ、まな板、キッチンタオル、ティッシュペーパーが無くゴミ箱はバスルームとキッチンのみ、 冷蔵庫電源入れるまでちょっと臭った 電源入れようと思ったら、ヤモリが出てきた(　ﾟдﾟ)

The room size was great. Location was great with tourist attractions, many cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. District 1 only a short walk away.
They had some pet dogs in front of the hotel. Their barking was noisey. The hotel was next to a school. And it was noisey in the mornings. But if you are an early riser it's not a problem.

Staff were excellent -- we had Visa problems and so our trip was delayed a few days and the property accommodated the change, with thanks. However we didn't get the room we paid for, but I understand that perhaps this is due to the trip delay.
Advertising showed a rooftop pool, but it was broken down, no water, needing repair
