The house was clean, modern and in a perfect location. We were able to find shops and local parks easily which were beautiful.

Great location and been able to park a car was really useful. A good size property.

Replacing the twin beds so you can’t feel the springs and having a comfortable sofa. It would be useful if the lids fitted the saucepans.

Nothing to weep about at Willow House

Location, welcome bits, modern design, WiFi reliable. Clean, fluffy, clean,plentiful towels and tea cloths . Everything you need in kitchen etc.. Prompt communication with owners.

Sofa, and mattresses need upgrading..Hanging rail in odd position above drawers

A clean, surprisingly quiet town location perfect for exploring North Norfolk.

The property felt more like a house than an apartment with its own front door onto the road and hallway/staircases. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor with the twin room and bathroom on the 1st floor giving everyone peace and privacy. The property was very clean, well decorated with a lovely atmosphere and the bedding and pillows felt good quality. Having a throw to snuggle up on the sofa was a nice touch along with the welcome milk & biscuits. Having your own allocated parking space is brilliant. Considering it is in the centre of Kings Lynn with lots of amenities a short walk away the actual street was pretty quiet with very little traffic and had a beautiful leafy small park opposite that you could sit in if you missed not having a garden. We had a problem with the bathroom lock during our stay and the hosts were so apologetic and thankful to us which we appreciated.

The style of sofa and armchair were very rigid for me. I did get used to them with the help of the decorative cushions from the beds. Just my preference. It would be nice to have some hooks on the back of the bathroom door.

Excellent stay in the town centre

Excellent position in the town. Light. Bright. Exceptionally clean and well decorated. Everything had been thought of for a short stay.

The couch wasn't very comfortable but adequate for short stays.

Perfect location, comfortable, convenient and very clean.

Compact but modern and in good order. It was ideally situated in the centre of Kings Lynn, with a private parking space.

Tiny nitpicks: Top floor lighting was dim. Kitchen would benefit from a pair of scissors, crockery for pasta/rice dishes and a dish to fit the microwave.
