Fabulous location in the centre of Kings Lynn. Beautiful Garden, a joy to sit in. 2 excellent parking spaces. Welcome wine, bread, eggs and milk, thank you! Quirky interior loved the exposed brick walls. Handy downstairs toilet. Everything you need to really enjoy your stay downstairs. Upstairs, a different kettle of fish sadly. The main double bedroom, fabulous, soft mattress. Bathroom small but perfectly adequate with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and bodywash provided. The twin room is for small people due to the length of the beds. The office with the single futon is not a bedroom at all. For our party, an adult had to use it and it was simply inadequate. 2 nights the absolute maximum any adult could bare. However, all in all, for the price, location, cleanliness and all round facilities and comfort downstairs, it was great 👍

The office is NOT a bedroom for an adult. Doors need attention upstairs as they rattle, particularly the office door. It opens and closes all night long when the windows are open, take something sturdy to keep it shut from the inside!

Waterdruk in de douche was laag. Schrikken als geurdispensers weer een shot geven.

Excellent location, central but quiet. Convenient parking. Appreciated the central heating in an unseasonal cold spell.

Spotlessly clean and ideal location.

Mattress was too soft so not a comfortable night's sleep (accept it's personal preference).
