The good, the bad and the ugly.
Location, breakfast and staff
Heating out, given electric heater, which only heats main room not bathroom. The hotel upgraded our room without asking, but it very noisy till 1230am with music from pub next door, then the street besides our room was noisy with people leaving the pub

Would stay again under different circumstances.
Staff were excellent, very friendly. Evening meal was good. Breakfast was just what we wanted.
There was no heating on in the hotel, our room was cold, hence could not have a shower due to having to step into a cold room. On booking, it should have been mentioned that there was a big funfair immediately outside of the hotel! We would have booked for a different weekend had we known this. £15.00 for the car park is a bit steep!! I think the hotel should offer some sort of discount for it's guests? Also, why no access to the car park through the hotel? You had to walk right round to get to it?

Over all the hotel was nice.
Room good, food good, but it was cold in the hotel and our room. Staff did not say they had only one boiler working when we arrived.
We only drink decaf tea or coffee so it would be nice to have some in the room.

Wonderful
This was our second stay, and once again we had a great experience. The reception staff were very welcoming, the rooms were extremely spacious, and the bathroom was spotless. The highlight had to be the bed — wonderfully large and incredibly comfortable. We also loved the staircase; it’s such a lovely feature. Not that our first stay wasn’t nice — it was — but this visit was especially impressive. Greg and Becky
Breakfast was slow coming out. But when it did come out was very nice.

The facilities wasn’t too bad just lots of stairs and narrow corridors
There was no clear direction as to where I was going for the room it felt like I was in the attic
I asked about the fitness room and wasn’t clear as to how I get there
