Fantastic value for what we paid

Loved how big the room was. Exceptionally clean, every detail thought of! Code entry was abit of an issue, but staff were quick to rectify it through a message.

The bed was really hard for us. And the sheets kept coming off the bed (they didn’t fit)

Great place to stay to explore the area or for business

Great location if staying in kings lynn for business or exploring the town, surrounding area and a short distance from north norfolk. Liked that you had communual use of a large well equipped kitchen and there is a lovely large garden to sit out in. A short walk from town, with its restaurants, pubs and shops and parking available at the rear.

Travelling areas into norfolk

The location in 5 mins walk to historic parks and center with as it described by driving round back free parking in a area plus on street. Room was as pictures.. shop and some restaraunts plus local bars on the street it self. Room comfortable, plenty of tea,coffee, usefull fridge, clean bathroom, towels, heating fine. Little normal wear and tear but relaxed ,

Front of house is let down at first with curtains almost closed early in rooms , made ot look little drab.. staircase is ok but not high end finish low cost bannister with lots of instruction and mind the step signs in yellow ..felt little like HMO at first,.but once in room very pleasant all you needed and comfortable.. and next day cleaner in all clean.. just need a little more warmth and touch of rooms in hall way

Great stay for a solo traveller visiting King's Lynn for 2 days.

The bed was comfortable, room was clean and warm which was lovely considering how cold it was outside. For a solo traveller, the space and facilities was more then enough for me. Appreciated the free Netflix and mini fridge too! The staff were also very nice and welcoming. They were quick to help me and responded swiftly to my messages when I needed a fast response!

A very minor thing I didn't like was that some of the buttons on the TV remote weren't working well unless you put extra pressure, so scrolling through Netflix took a bit longer then usual.

Great location, excellent value, large rooms

Very useful location with easy to find free parking very close to the property. Property was clean, modern and spacious and the individual rooms a really good size. Kitchen was large and easy to navigate if choosing to use it, and everything needed to make a basic meal.

The location was great and the staff were really helpful when we had issues accessing the property with the code. They were quick to reply

The advert listed a "private bathroom" which we took to mean an en suite rather than a shared bathroom, which was not the case unfortunately. That being said the shared bathroom was very nice and we had no issues with it, we just thought it wasn't going to be shared facilities.

Hostel not a b&b

The room itself was clean and tidy. And decorated nicely. Ashame about the noise of traffic .but the host did provide some ear plugs for one person.plus there was a electronic fan in the room. Which was a Bonus!!

It was adverts has a b&b it was more like a hostel. Needs to be adverts that you have security all round the building. With codes to open bedroom door and share bathroom. No good if you have health problems. Also the local was on a busy road. No good for car parking.

Great location to explore historical kings lynn. Would also be a great stop over if on business in town. Not far from west and north norfolk coast. Clean and free parking around corner was convenient. Shared Kitchen and garden is excellent

A very pleasant surprise!

We had a wonderful stay with Bricksage rooms for a concert at Sandringham. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Mini fridge and hairdryer were a lovely bonus. Shared bathroom and kitchen were immaculate. Contact with Helen was brilliant, she pre sent all information needed on contactless check in and parking a couple of days before our stay. She also happily answered any questions I had. Thanks so much!

Absolutely awful, hugely disappointed and hugely overpriced. The standard was beyond poor.

There was nothing I liked about our one night stay at this property. It was truly awful. One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Absolutely overpriced for the standard of room and service.

The room was grubby. The room smelt of damp and visible signs of damp. The bedding was dingy and smelt fusty. The noise from traffic was overbearing, couldn’t sleep because of it. No en-suite facility. Had to climb two steep staircases to get to bathroom which was shared with 8 other rooms .The downstairs toilet was filthy. I would not recommend this awful place to anyone. So overpriced.

Beatiful, well equiped room in perfect location.

Check in and parking instructructions sent by Helen were very clear and ensured we were able to get parked and into the room with absolutely no hassle. The room itself was excellent with all facilities as described. We didn't use the kitchen but it was very well equipped and would have been very useful had we needed it. It was only a short (less than 10 minutes) walk into the centre so the location was perfect.

The very steep stairs from the room down into the bathroom came as a bit of a shock and a little warning about it would have been useful.

Great little gem

This was our second time at the Bricksage, and it won't be our last. The rooms are only 10min walk to the centre of town .lovely clean and comfortable. We didn't directly have face to face with 'staff' ,but a little problem was solved immediately after messaging. There is everything that's needed in the rooms , far more than expected. Very tastefully decorated ,the whole run of bricksage was very organised and informative. Which made me feel relaxed .

There were extremely noisy guests in Flat 8 at the top who continued to be vocal with loud music till 1am in the morning. There is no where to complain and I am sure I was not the only one effected.

Nothing to like. Quite a let down.

Not a good night's sleep, to be honest. It is so noisy from the traffic and the drain cover that makes a massive rattling sound. I have checked out already as I couldn't bear to be in the room any longer, the room is not best suited for people on business, there isn't an ironing board or iron, I supposedly paid extra for a double bed but got 2 singles attached, not comfortable in the slightest, sorry but I am just been honest, the property is not suited for people who have great work to do and need all the shut eye they can get, the property is great for those that don't mind sleeping with ear plugs, and confined to the luxury of a single bed with a double duvet, I don't understand. Anyway, it is probably best suited property for those who are on tour in a leisurely capacity. Unfortunately, that's not me, and I feel let down. The front of the house is too noisy.

I was absolutely gob smacked when I see the room absolutely beautiful clean tidy right the way down to the towels folded on the bed to a lovely selection of tea coffee and everything could not fault it at all walked into the kitchen again absolutely beautiful look like a showroom clean tidy absolutely spotless not a Mark anywhere from what I could see Helen is such a lovely lady a real diamond respectful genuine very polite and very helpful if you have any problems Best place is worth five stars all day long can not fold it at all

Just a comment. Strong smell of air freshener in entry area and room. Not ideal for folk with sensitivities and allergies. Increasingly recognised as containing toxic chemicals for lungs health and environment. Other than that lovely property. Highly recommend.
