BrickSage Rooms, King's Lynn South Gate

The location was convenient and central to all the places I needed to visit. Overall, the room was clean and general facilities and interrior deco was great. Clear instructions was available to guide me through my stay. The parking location was great and easy to access.

The webpage booking suggested I would have an ensuite bathroom, but the confirmation email I received said it was a shared bathroom arrangement. Since the booking was last-minute and non-refundable, I had little choice. The shared bathroom was lovely; however, it would be great to have the light switch inside the bathroom, not outside, or at least an alternative light inside. I requested for a large king size bed but it was obvious the bed was two single beds joined to make a single bed. This meant sleeping in the middle was very uncomfortable.

Location spot on located close to shops

It was all very good

No breakfast but reasonable shared kitchen. Free parking behind the house was very convenient. Room comfortable.

Not the best location as on a main road & definitely poorer area of town.

Central location, easy to access

Scruffy room (eg marked walls), the bed was pushed up against one wall in a ‘superior’ room, cheap synthetic soft furnishings. It reminded me of student halls/ an institution. Poor value for £100.
