3 night stay

Good location with free parking outside. Spacious living area with kitchen, fridge/freezer etc. Quiet on an evening. Good heating. Clean bedding and overall cleanliness good. Good communications and directions.

Basic facilities. Beds, sofa, cutlery, lampshades etc all poor quality. TV very small. Bed quite uncomfortable and didn't sleep well. Checkout time far too early at 10am!

Functional property close to town

It was good for what we wanted to use it for-as a bolthole. Well located to reach everything. Well fitted kitchen. Surprisingly quiet given the location. Good to find somewhere with 2x double beds. Nice, clean and fresh.

Basic. It didn’t feel overly loved and everything was fairly perfunctory. Let down by a few things and wouldn’t take much to elevate this place. One bedroom door didn’t shut properly. Don’t put photo frames in a room with nothing in them except what they came with-just felt cheap. The telephone number in the manual was incorrect (correct on booking app-needs amending). Frustrating that there is only one parking space since it has 2 double beds. Whilst that may be expected of course, there was no one else staying at the same time in the other properties on site and we were unable to take one of the unused spaces (there are bollards to lower that have their own keys for each property -be good to have a system whereby if properties are unoccupied the car parking could be utilised). Shower power is weak- be nice to have toiletries in bathroom.

Great location close to main attractions in King’s Lynn

Location in the centre of King’s Lynn was excellent. The apartment was quite comfortable for two people, and very quiet. The bed was a bit firm but not uncomfortable.

The second bedroom was a bit small for a double. Two couples with suitcases would find it a bit challenging to move around, but would be ok for a short stay.

The property photos are misleading. The furniture may suit very small people. The parking spaces are overhanging public pavement. The parking spaces are blocking the only entrance, making it very difficult to get in and out of the property..... good luck if there is a need for 1st responders. I am AMAZED that this property meets PLANNING REGULATIONS.

A gem of a place

Location to town, nice and modern, good condition

Slightly dark in living area as can't open binds without everyone seeing in. Sofa was a little too low and very soft so not really suitable for guest with mobility issues.

Brilliant property in ideal location, very clean and spacious.

Property is very clean. Stocked with everything you need like towels and toilet roll but even including things like a carton of milk. Free parking is provided which is ideal and the property location is also ideal. Also love that things from my previous stay that I left as feedback were acted upon such as offering salt and pepper, and improving the kitchen lighting. Also was very happy to discover an electric fan cooler in each bedroom. Even cleaning products provided for washing up.

Only a very minor thing - the bins in the property are quite small and no bin bags provided. Also the TV is only basic Freeview and it would be nice if a fire stick or alternative was provided to allow for streaming apps like BBC iplayer and YouTube.

Great location, nice place, all you need for a short stay

Great location, easy walk to the rail and bus station, the walks and city centre. Good contact with the staff online, Sam was very helpful. Small things that would have made our stay more comfortable (we were 3 adults and a 10-year-old) are two single rather than one duvet per bed, the beds are about 130 cm wide, plus one duvet for two people was not very comfy. Other than that everything was fine.

Perfect stay, perfect hosts - will definitely visit again!

Property was fantastic. Started great on arrival with the key code sent ahead of time, and easy to quickly get into the property and allocated parking space. Property was nicely sized, nicely decorated and very clean. All the facilities we needed were provided - towels, bedding, kitchen equipment and cutlery, and even a few nice surprises like provided tea/coffee and even a pint of milk, which we didn't expect at all, a very nice and appreciated touch! Internet was easy to connect to and very fast, shower was very nice and up to temperature. Beds very comfy and no noise at night. Hosts very friendly and sorted out anything if needed. Area is lovely - coming from someone who previously lived in King's Lynn, this is a very nice area to live in, the town centre is very local, parking is provided, and you're across the road from the park! No noise at all and has to be safe, you're next door to the police station!

These things aren't dealbreakers at all, just friendly suggestions, would not hold them against the property at all! Firstly it would be nice to have some salt and pepper, as it's not something you're likely to pack but would've been handy for a quick pop on some chips. The lighting for the kitchen could do with being brighter, it was a bit of a struggle at night. Lastly, TV is great but if we were staying for longer would be nice to have a Fire Stick or something to provide access to iPlayer etc.

Enjoyable short break

Good location. Owner fitted us in at the last minute when we were let down by the owners of 1 Ferry Lane who did not provide a keysafe code so we couldn't gain access. Good facilities at the house.
