Great apartment

The layout of the flat was great, with 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space for everyone.

There wasn't a washing machine which was fine for a few days visit. There are stairs to to get to the flat, which was fine for us.

Perfect location for the town and river felt very secure and relaxed

The layout was perfect the two bedrooms being either end of the property gave privacy

If we had to say anything it would be as an old property lack of electrical sockets but the host provided extension cables

Lovely apartment would return but disappointed at noise and parking

Parking was not told they were having work done painting windows our lads worked nights and were disturbed could not park as didn’t fit under scaffold

Excellent location near river and centre of town Very quiet (just some seagulls and the occasional military jet) Nicely furnished, light and airy Free parking Fan (needed in warm weather) 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Near shops and restaurants

Could do with small shelf in showers to hold shampoo/shower gel etc; can bang head on sloping roof in shower Maintenance issues such as water not being held in basin by plug and toilet continuing to run after flushing; Unbelievably, when we subsequently told the owner about these things, she said she already knew (but she hadn’t fixed them) No washing machine, if that’s important to you We only found out part way through our stay that there was a fire exit near the second bedroom; it should be pointed out in the apartment information leaflet No wardrobes, just coat stands with hangers

A lovely clean, comfortable apartment in a wonderful location.

Location brilliant. Very clean, very comfortable. Very well-equipped. Host made sure no sprays were used etc., as I have allergies. That is really good.

Everything was good, really. The dining chairs were uncomfortable for us both, but that's probably our problem! (The seats slope backwards and they tilt your spine back uncomfortably, we found.) I am sure they are fine for most people.

Well appointed apartment near the river, able to walk about the town centre or hop on a bus to a beach.

Larger sofa minus arm chairs would be a bonus, otherwise great place to stay.

Very interesting, convenient apartment in an ideal location.

Located in a perfect spot close to the quayside, restaurants and historical sites. Very convenient for Sandringham and the Norfolk coast. Centrally situated in the town for shopping. A delightful historic property with clean modern facilities and parking in the centre of town.

We had a fantastic stay - a great apartment and a lovely town.

Fantastic location in the historic river area but close to town amenities. Loads to see and do in King’s Lynn but also we’ll placed to explore further afield. The apartment was well equipped, immaculately clean and very warm. Tip top!

A key to the door to the actual apartment upstairs. A notice on the external door from inside the apartment; it just looked like a regular door to a room instead of a steep flight of stairs.

There was some toothpaste remains on my toilet cistern top when we arrived. The utensils in the kitchen were limited so cooking was limited.

Lovely apartment well equipped 5 minutes walk in to town

Never had breakfast very good location it was easy to get anywhere not far from Sandringham Hunstanton etc also free parking free wifi which was a bonus well equipped kitchen everything provided and the beds were lovely beautiful showers and lovely soft towels Netflix was provided too I would definitely recommend it to family and friends

I found the stairs difficult mostly because I live in a bungalow otherwise no problems

Fantastic location, comfortable accommodation

Perfect location for exploring Kings Lynn and the surrounding area. Spotlessly clean and tidy. The apartment was well equipped for everything you could possibly need. It’s well laid out with plenty of space.

The beds were a little too soft for us and hooks would be useful in the bathroom.
