Fantastic location with a parking spot. Friendly host and stunning little building. Very comfortable and well equipped, especially for coffee drinkers! We were staying during a heatwave and the owner had left a couple of bladeless fans which worked as well as they could - the whole country was suffering! It was our first visit to King's Lynn and being so close to the centre but in a quiet street made the stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend.
Shower heads need some unblocking, we live in a hard water area and know the signs, shower seemed a bit weak.

Central location close to train station & town centre. Large space - liked huge opening windows at front. Great coffee machine with fresh beans. Ricky the host was really helpful letting us keep our luggage at the apartment until the afternoon we checked out as we had plants from the Sandringham flower show which we didn’t want to leave in the heat of the car.
It was v hot each evening when we returned, but opening the windows & using the fans cooled it down by bedtime. A few wine glasses might be useful but we were fine using the prosecco ones.

Great location. We were only there for one night so didn’t use many of the facilities. However the whole place is really well appointed. Would be happy to stay longer.
Very warm - the large windows and position the sun sets, combine to radiate through the house. Would have paid more for air-con to cool it down a little.
