Nice window view, close to the sea, full equipment kitchenette, clean furniture, clear check in instructions, comfortable bad.
Bedroom's window facing entrance's hall which is quite untidy. It's not the host's guilt. The frigidaire is noisy.

Very clean and nicely appointed decor.
The structure of the building needs care (noticed evidence of ceiling leaks). There was a persistent smell of cleaning solution that was not pleasant. Finally, it was COLD. The main room of the apartment had a ceiling heating/cooling unit that only warmed a small section of it. No heating unit in the mamad/bedroom which made for difficult sleeping.
