מקום נגיש ונוח לכל, בקרבת תחנה מרכזית באר שבע ותחנת רכבת באר שבע מרכז, באזור העיר העתיקה בקרבה למקומות בילוי, קיוסקים סופרים, כספומטים נגישים, המקום מאפשר ביצוע צ’ק אין בכל שעות היממה . אין ספק שאחזור למקום זה לפעמים נוספות לשהיות באזור הדרום.
בתיאור בית העסק מופיע שישנה שתיה קרה ותפוזים, לצערי לא היה .
