כניסה לבנין לא נקיה. כניסה לדירה הדלת אינה נפתחת עד הסוף אינה מאפשרת כניסה ישרה אלא מהצד. מקלחת קטנה עם וילון כיור ושרותיים צפופים אין מקום להתגלח ולהתקלח .
