Die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/der Vermieterin. Die ruhige, zentrale Lage in einem alten Viertel der Stadt. Der schattige Hof mit fröhlichem Vogelgesang.
Im Bad passen Wasserhahn und Waschbecken nicht zusammen, so dass viel Wasser daneben läuft.

הכל היה כפי שתואר בעמוד הדירה בבוקינג. אין הפתעות. מקום נקי ועונה על הציפיות ואף יותר.
התקשורת עם המאחרת הייתה בהתכתבות בווצאפ. היה מענה מידי עד שלא היה מענה כלל (מתישהו אחרי 22:00) רצוי שהמארחת תכתוב מראש שעות בהן יינתן מענה וכאפשרות מה ניתן לעשות במידה ואין מענה....

אזור שקט, קרוב למרכז.
קשה למצוא חניה, למרות שלדירה יש חניה צמודה, היא הייתה תפוסה על ידי רכב זר שלא הוזז ממקומו כל זמן שהייתנו שם. המטבח מאובזר בצורה מאד דלה, הוא צפוף וקטן מאד, אין כוסות לשתיה חמה, היינו צריכים לנקות את כלי האוכל טרם שימוש ראשון כי לא היו נקיים. שפופרת המקלחת הייתה תקולה, בחדר אחד מנורות הקריאה ליד המיטות לא פעלו, כמו כן באותו החדר המזגן לא פעל והיה חיווי של תקלה במסך שלו. כסאות בר מפלסטיק במרפסת היו שבורים.
