מיקום מצויין. מרחק הליכה מחוף בר כוכבא. מרחק הליכה מהמרינה. יש קיוסק ומאפייה קרובים. דירה קטנה אבל יש בה כל מה שצריך. אלנה הייתה נעימה ועזרה בכל מה שהיינו צריכים.
הבניין ישן ומלוכלך ולא כל כך נעים להיכנס ולצאת ממנו. בדירה המרפסת קטנטונת וגם לא נעים כל כך לשבת בה.

הדירה נחמדה ומאובזרת כמתבקש,מיקום מצוין סמוך לחוף הים,בית כנסת בבניין ,עלות לעומת תועלת עונה על הציפיות
אין חניה כמובטח ועל כך חטפנו שני דוחות,הבריכה אינה מותרת לאורחי הדירה אך ורק לדיירי הבניין,הבניין עצמו אינו מטופח

The pros are: The building is in an excellent location being walking distance to the beach, the Marina, restaurants, The actual apartment is clean with a good double bed,. Wifim TV and excellent air-conditioning. The aprtment is on the 1st floor The cons are that the building in which the apartment is situate is decrepit, dirty, rundown with al lift that works only occasionally. Once you get past the crappy building, the pros heavily outweigh the cons
