הדירה נקיה ומשופצת , מיטות נוחות. מרחק נסיעה של 7 דקות לחוף. הבנין בנין בלוקים מיושן והדירה מפתיעה בכך שהיא ממש נראית חדשה ומזמינה . יש בה מכונת כביסה אך היה חסר לנו, אבקת כביסה וקפה מגורען ...בעל הבית הסכים שניכנס לפני הזמן שעזר לנו בהתארגנות .
גודל הדירה לא תואם למה שפורסם בבוקינג , פורסם 70 מ"ר והיא ממש לא בגודל הזה . הקומה רביעית ללא מעלית. והבעיה הגדולה שהדירה צמודה עם קיר משותף לדירת ארוח אחרת של בעל הדירה, ששומעים כל רעש ועשו שם מסיבה עד שלוש לפנות בוקר , פנינו אחרי 23.00 לבעלי הדירה שלא הצליחו להשיג את השוכרים שמסתבר גם עשו להם נזק גדול בדירה . אם מישהו לוקח את שתי היחידות יחד זה יכול למנוע את הבעיה של הרעש מהצימר הסמוך.
