Very clean property with lots of history! The location is amazing, a small village that once housed miners with period property and a miniature railway. Just a short walk from the Corris craft centre and king Arthur’s labyrinth. The staff were lovely, very friendly and happy to help! The homemade food is amazing!

The hosts were hardworking and welcoming, even keeping the kitchen open longer than normal when we arrived there later than anticipated. The food was great and the room was large, clean and comfortable with plenty of electrical sockets with four USB sockets too. They also offered to help get us back to our car after it broke down so that AA could get us home
Not their fault at all and they are desperately trying to sort it out, but as a company is installing fibre optic internet cable, there was no WI-FI - however there was no problem with 4G or 5G internet - no disruption to signal

Staff friendly, food and beer reasonable. Location ideal for walking in southern Snowdonia.
Noise from the bar downstairs went on to 12 30 am. A karaoke or similar.
