Good location & is comfortable.

The location is fantastic, the beds etc are really comfortable and the house is a great size. Is a little back garden also & furniture.

I have stayed at this property before & it was immaculate, this time not so much. Dirty dishes in the oven, sides of bed not clean/hoovered & cobwebs. I assume down to the cleaner not the host. Also couldn’t work the heating. Shower is appalling (was the previous year also) can barely wash shampoo out.

We loved our stay here !

Clean and modern, with a fabulous open plan kitchen, leading onto a lovely conservatory and garden. Leaving tea, coffee, milk and sugar was a really thoughtful gesture. Airbnb’s don’t need to, and often don’t provide this, so this was really kind of the owner. The bathroom was beautiful, just like you’d find in a hotel, complete with a fab, rainfall shower. The single beds were so comfy and although the double bed was fine for a short stay, the sleeping arrangements would be absolutely perfect, if the double had the same mattress, as the singles had. Another thoughtful touch, was to have the luxury of window blinds plus dark curtains, …so that coupled with the lovely, quiet location, made for a great night’s sleep, which is always appreciated. To sum up, … we loved our stay here and would not hesitate to stay again !

We would have liked the check in instructions to be sent a little earlier. We understand that security concerns could be the reason for sending them 15 minutes before check in, however if they could be sent when the previous guests check out, or even with just couple of hours before checkin, it would serve to relieve any anxiety before setting off.

Perfect pad for families in a nice little estate close to amenities.

It's clean and was perfect for our stay. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have a TV in all the rooms.

It would be good to have some bin bags and a washing up sponge as I had to go out and buy these as there weren't any at the property. Communication through other booking.com properties are usually prompt before you arrive. After a four hour drive we had to ask for the details to enter property and wait outside for a response. Check in could have been easier but can't complain as the owner was very polite.

Great place stones throw from everything we needed regarding work lots of places to eat close by also 3 large super markets 👍🏻 property was clean and tidy huge fridge all appliances 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Nice little house on a very quiet street. Excellent location for my family and the motorway network. Comfortable rooms and well decorated. I would stay here again.

The location was perfect for us to meet up, the house was good as just as expected from the pictures on site The host was good on communication and we all felt at home there

There is a step from the kitchen to the dining area as as tiling is all same colour kept forgetting was there and tripping up on it, maybe a stripe of a different colour would help avoid this.

Family break

Very comfortable house with everything you need for your stay. Perfect location for us as close to my daughter's flat. Quiet area. Pub, chip shop and little shop just round the corner.

The house is obviously a work in progress, I’m sure it will be lovely when it’s finished.

great communication from the owner. lots of room for 4 people to sit in the living room. kitchen and bathroom was lovely

The twin beds were not great, could feel the springs through both mattresses. There were wires and fittings hanging from walls and ceilings. windows were rotting and paint work unfinished inside and outside, visible from the kitchen.

Wi-Fi was being repaired at the time which meant that I had to stream all TV’s from my mobile phone, and they wouldn’t work without an internet connection.
