Excellent location to amenities like eaterys harvester, Costa, greggs, etc. Good selection of shopping centers no more than 20 minute drive from. Town center and also shopping center at end of the housing estate well located to motorways m6 and m62.

Stairway was very dark and would. Be easy to slip. Down staircase due to no illumination above stairs through the night (emergency Light would surfice for that above stairs), smoke. Alarm on landing missing from. Ceiling and the heat alarm. Missing in the kitchen, also no. Way to isolate electricity supply in even of emergency as no way of knowing where consumer unit is located, no instrucions for heating on how to operate (luckily I'm a heating electrician and knew how to sort the heating on and off) and the most worrying of things found a live cable in the airing cupboard where towels would be expected (pictures have been taken for proof) I'm a qualified electrician and at the time of discovering this made this cable safe and have notified the property owner on a message seperately via a message aswell so they are aware of this. Appliances in kitchen are not pat tested so people staying would. Not know if these appliances are safe or not to use. Personal owners items were also in the house making it feel. Like the person still lives there at certain times, (things like personal showering items, drawings of their family together from Children of theirs and one last thing cleaning chemicals just left in cupboards with no lick on to prevent young children accessing the cleaning items also no fire blanket in kitchen for use if a kitchen pan fire starts, also no. Emergency lighting should. Electricity trip plunging the property into darkness especially if people stay through darker winter months, no paperwork saying if the gas boiler and hob was tested and when same as the electrical. I found the location to be an area where I could not stay.

The neighbours shouted and swore at us within 5 mins. We had no idea why they done this. We were a family of 3. Grandmother, daughter and 5 year old granddaughter. We felt vulnerable and not safe. My granddaughter, although in the house was in the present cess of charging her clothes, which made us feel that we couldn’t stay. We didn’t understand why the next door neighbour was being abusive and we wanted to get away as soon as possible before he said/done more.

Good location, great space indoor and out. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Television was impressive with ambient lighting. Handy parking at front would stay here again

Needs a curtain or blind in the big front bedroom.

No curtains in the living room so passerbys could look in. If I had known this I wouldn't have booked. Wouldn't book again until basic common decency has been provided

No curtains. Such a rude thing to do to paying guests.
