Nice and comfortable, simple ‘no fuss’ stay, just what I needed for a working stay over

Great value.

Very good value for money, clean, well furnished and comfortable. Everything worked very well, plenty of hot water, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and good quality white fluffy towels and white sheets.

Nothing to complain about but there sound from neighboring rooms is easily heard, may bother some guests.

Eric, the host, was extremely helpful and attentive to any issues that arose during my stay. He responded promptly to any queries over the telephone, ensuring that all problems were quickly resolved. His excellent communication and willingness to assist made the experience particularly enjoyable.

However, the room doors made of fire safe were quite difficult to open and required a considerable amount of force. This made access somewhat inconvenient, especially for those carrying items.

Temporary accommodation, don't recommend

Booked here for overnight stay, it's 1 room in a townhouse shared with others, room hadn't been made and bin not emptied. Other guests were long term stays this place is used to provide temporary accommodation, other guest had an extremely unpleasant smell from himself, and left the bathroom in a similar condition. Noise could be heard through the adjacent bedroom I seen a mother and daughter staying here who were not friendly and another chap who seemed ok.

Clean, comfortable, great value for money

A very well kept property in a safe part of town. Ample free parking. Superb cleanliness and a very dedicated host - you could tell how invested he is in the property. Very comfortable beds, the shared bathroom was always clean, the kitchen was clean and had everything you needed to prepare meals and store personal food items. There was even some toast and jam provided on the house. Wifi speed was excellent.
