Short stay

Spacious accommodation. Clean and comfortable. Quiet location with easy access to Warrington and the surrounding area.

Forced non-refundable - it’s not worth it unless . . . I have no idea what would make it worth it

This is tricky because it forces you to book non-refundable. I would not be giving a review if it has been refundable because I would have left 2 seconds after arriving. I had booked for a long time too so really had to just find inner peace and ignore most of it. Literally one of those it’s non-refundable and definitely not work the cost but what’s complaining while stayed there going to do about it? Exactly just had to deal with it Location - nice because Warrington location is nice accessible location in UK Owner - nice in messages, lives in another country Nice neighborhood to take walks in Lots of parking options in complex Complex bin/recycling system is cool Cool system to get the apartment keys

If you are reading this after booking the forced non-refundable - just find inner peace and be prepared to ignore a lot, don’t touch the tub or shower door and definitely keep water tank/washer closet door closed and only briefly open it and even then don’t breathe in while it’s open and don’t look around in the closet. Mold Stains Washer leaves everything soaking you will have to do a spin only round at least once or twice Slight overall apartment Smell - keep bedroom windows hooked open & living room sliding door cracked No vacuum/hover - the apartment is 98% carpet I showed up and every single dish and kitchen utensils in the kitchen and every surface was dirty to some degree Light bulbs - had to buy because most didn’t work or all together missing Can I get my money back? I don’t even want to think if that mold was good to breathe in for all the time I was there . . . just going to have to ignore that little thought.

The property had parking!

We arrived at the property at 4pm to it still being cleaned when check in was at 4pm. Eventually got in at 4.15 Hairs in the bed, hairs in the toilet, no rooms have been hoovered, dust everywhere, dated. mouldy shower the list goes on. A wet shower towel hanging up, the place was hanging. The top of the fridge has never been dusted.

Wouldn't come back

The location was fine

The property was filthy, food left in the freezer, kitchen was grubby/ greasy and it smelt like stale fat, the pots and pans in the cupboards weren't clean and there was mould on the bathroom tiles and edges of the shower, the floor didn't even look clean. I phoned to complain and was asked to email and no one ever came back to me

I suffer from Anxiety Disorder having to be all week with door luck because flat was on 2 fl was too much for me plus was very hot days, contact hosted and complained about the no more replied! Plus £250 deposit plus £87 service fees far too much

Location was very good, short walk to big supermarkets and the centre of Warrington

Cleanliness was poor, bathrooms needed a deep clean, cooker hob was stained and dirty, freezer was frozen shut

The WORST "hotel" I have ever stayed in

The water pressure was good. The host helped to resolve some issues I had.

My 1 year old son and I were left outside in the cold for 2 hours after arrival. I had confirmed my check-in time hours prior. I was only sent across access codes once I mentioned the word "cancel." Property smelt of cigarettes. The property was listed as a no smoking property. Not family friendly. Due to late check-in, I didn't realise that there was no toilet paper in the property until midnight. I had to spend £15 to Uber to a petrol station and back to get some. The host did rectify this the next day and provided toilet paper upon asking. Black mould on all windowsills, which I cleaned as it was unsafe for my son (see photo). Black mould was also present in the shower, which I again cleaned. The shower was damaged at the bottom (see photo). Property was dirty and in a state of disrepair. Coffee table leg is broken (see photo), and I found a previous review mentioning this, so the host is aware and has not repaired it. The walls are very scuffed/dirty. There is a hole in one of the doors and damage by windowsills (see photo). Rubbish found in drawers and washing up liquid bottle (full) dumped behind ensuite door. The cupboard door handle is broken. Carpet freyed. No curtains, only cheap blinds that will not close in the living room and broken in the bedroom. Sofas are tatty, and the top freezer drawer does not open. The stove was not powerful enough to boil water. The oven did not work for 3 days, but the host did rectify this. I have photos of all the mould and damage to the property, but I am only allowed to upload 4.

Great for families

Location Very quick to respond to any queries before arriving. Felt safe and surrounding area is very friendly,with great parks. Great price too.

Nothing to dislike. Couldn't find tea towels at apartment,but maybe it was me that could not find them,would have been useful. I think apartment could do with blackout blinds as well to improve the quality of sleep,but again,this is personal preference.

Compact apartment that was great value for three adults.

Quiet, two bedroom property. We normally stay in hotels however we had our son with us and the price here was way below cost of 2 rooms in a hotel and quite frankly felt more comfortable. Great communication with provider, too.

Nothing was an issue at all. The blinds for the windows were a ill fitting and a small coffee table would help in main room but there were no major issues at all.
