Lovely clean apartment

The apartment was modern and clean and ideally situated for the event I was attending, shops were within a walking distance.

The only observation I could make was the lock on the front door. You had to keep locking yourself in or out, the door didn't stay shut once closed without using the key.

Great apartment, fantastic host. Can't rate highly enough.

I've stayed on this apartment on a number of occasions and would highly recommend it to anyone else staying in the area. It is warm, sparkling clean, well placed location wise and Dan is a friendly and convivial host. Lots of lovely little touches to improve the overall stay.

There was slight issue with the shower water heat, but not too big of a deal and one I'm sure Dan will get sorted like he does with everything else.

Excellent and clean flat close to Warrington centre

The apartment looks exactly like on the photos, it was very clean and well maintained. Good location and plenty of parking around. Close to the town centre. The contact with the owner was exceptional, he was happy to explain everything in detail. I highly recommend this apartment!!

The en-suite bathroom was a bit dark. Two people couldn’t shower at the same time as there was no hot water. Lack of shower head in the bathtub. Very minor things that don’t affect the overall stay.

Feel like home and Warm Welcome

Absolutely loved our stay here! It truly feels like home — very cozy and comfortable. Both the beds and the living room sofa were super comfy, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need, including a microwave and even a First Aid kit, which was a thoughtful touch. The shower was powerful, and the free car park made things super convenient. Overall, a lovely and well-prepared place to stay. Highly recommended!

Very nice host, apartment was spacious, modern and safe. Every possible little extra was provided for to make the place seem more homely.

The road outside is very busy and particularly noticeable in the mornings, but would not prevent me from staying again. Front door would often stick when trying to unlock or lock

Good value, a few things need addressing

Really good sized flat, parking, and good central location. WIFI and Toiletries provided. Host met me at the property to show me round.

There was a really strong musty smell in the flat , when I checked out this morning both the external front and back doors were open to the building which was a bit concerning

saubere Wohnung, ausreichend Platz, gute Betten, zwei Badezimmer - Lebensmittelmarkt 5 Fußminuten entfernt - super!

die typisch englichen Wasserhähne, der eine extrem heiß, der andere extrem kalt und beide Wasserhähne geben ihr Wasser ca einen Zentimeter vom Waschbeckenrand entfernt, sodass jedes Händewaschen zur Herausforderung wird :-)
